Life Family Practice Center was founded by Dr. Nelson Kraucak in 1995. Dr. Kraucak is Board Certified in Family Practice and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Kraucak has advanced certificates by the American Board of Holistic Medicine, International Board of Anti-Aging and Longevity Medicine, Heavy Metal Detoxification and Immuno Modulation.
He did his Internship in Internal Medicine and Residency in Family Practice at Albert Einstein Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York City.

James F. Coy, MD

Dr. Coy is a native of Central Florida and has been a General Practitioner for over 20 years. After completing his training at Kansas University Medical Center, Dr. Coy has since concentrated on all aspects of natural, nutritional and preventive medical care. He served as President of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) and the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM).
Dr. Kathy Hirtz, General Medicine
Dr. Hirtz attended Medical School at the University of California, at San Francisco. She performed her internship and residency at Los Angeles County Medical Center. Dr. Hirtz has been in practice for 25 years in Oregon and have just moved to Florida.
Her goal is to enable people to live the best life possible. Dr. Hirtz has a special interest in Sports, Nutrition and Preventative Complementary Medicine utilizing the best of both Alternative and conventional Medicine. She have extensive knowledge in Natural Hormone replacement for both men and women.
Aaron Perry, DOM

Dr. Perry who joined Life Family Practice Center in July 2003 is an Acupuncture Physician, a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist. He has a Master of Science Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine and obtained his Bachelor Degree in Professional Health Science. Additionally, he has an Associate of Science Degree in Natural Health from the Florida College of Natural Health.
John A. Podlaski, DC
Chiropractic Medicine

Dr. Podlaski earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois. For over 25 years he has practiced chiropractic and holistic integrative natural medicine utilizing acupuncture, Applied Kinesiology, clinical nutrition, Cranial Sacral Therapy, functional medicine, homeopathy, NAET and Nutrition Response Testing. Dr. Podlaski is a Diplomate in Clinical Nutrition (DACBN) through the American Clinical Board of Nutrition and Chiropractic Internal Medicine (DABCI) with the American Board of Chiropractic Internists and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture. He has served as President of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists and the American Board of Chiropractic Specialties and as Vice President of the Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders of the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Podlaski is the co-author of the recently published book Unleashing the Physician Within: 12 Steps for Maximizing the Health of your Body, Mind and Spirit.
